We also provide Memory care at six of our locations, and our Chardon Woods care community in Ohio offers highly specialized Dialysis and Ventilator Care.
No, permanent/long-term residency is not required to experience the exceptional skilled nursing of our compassionate Care Teams! All of our care communities offer Respite Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation, and nearly all offer Outpatient Therapy.
